Education
- Education—three kindergartens (one in Alitena, one in Mekelle and one in Maichew town), in Maichew the organization runs a primary school as well - Basic needs and educational support for children via the well-established Abba G/Michael Support Program for Children living in difficult situations in Mekelle;
Health & Nutrition
- Basic health services—through the Alitena Health Center, in Irob District, Eastern Zone of Tigray,- School feeding program for more than 36,000 primary school children in 3 districts of the region

women Empowerment
- Socio-Economic Empowerment of women; and, Livelihood (food security) interventions for poor women who are heads of households, in both rural and urban settings (Alitena and Mekelle), including relevant training, e.g. embroidery/tailoring or food/drinks preparation, livestock husbandry, running a small business, etc.; they are also given access to credit through community ‘banks’; training in ‘cross-cutting’ topics, e.g. gender, HIV/AIDS, leadership, etc. is usually incorporated into the training schemes. These women are also provided with the materials needed to launch or develop their business, e.g., livestock, storage containers, equipment to add value to products, etc.
